So, here's the thing. I work full time in an industry I want to be part of but in a job I don't love. I write (for free) for several websites in order to gain as much experience as possible. I have a huge family spread all over the country who I try to see as often as possible, and I friends - from home, from university, friends who live all over the globe - all of whom deserve as much as my time as possible.
I'm not sure if it's even possible to simplify my life.
But here goes.
I'm not sure when I'll get the 9-5 job that I want but in the mean time, as I wait and apply and cross my fingers and toes for the right job to appear, I'm going to attempt to make more time for ... walks in the country, for sitting in new pubs and discovering new ciders with friends; figuring out how to successfully make red velvet cupcakes; collating my travelling memories in a scrapbook collectiom; learning to knit properly; documenting each and every day with a new picture, a snapshot of my life as it is in my mid twenties.
